Our Farm...
We maintain two acres of naturally grown garlic in East Claridon, OH, just south of Chardon. In 1997, after being approached by a client about growing garlic, we began growing seven different hardneck varieties. Although all grew well in Northeast Ohio, we found one particular variety to have superior size and flavor; we culled all other varieties and began to specialize in growing Music Garlic.

Every year, we labor to give you, as well as ourselves, the best possible garlic that is naturally grown and free of chemicals. I hope you will try our products, give us your feedback and, hopefully, come back for more!
Using organic practices, we maintain healthy and rich soil to produce the best possible garlic. We do not use any synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, nor herbicides.
We maintain a large local following in The Greater Cleveland Area, which is due to the quality of the product that we produce. We do very little advertising and we don’t use fancy packaging to keep prices reasonable for our customers.
Through the years we have continually had a good amount of garlic at the end of the season, but no market for it; our founder had the idea to make garlic powder with what was left over and the smaller bulbs. The powder is 100% pure garlic bulb. We do not add any salts, preservatives, or anti-caking additives and are sure to peel each bulb clean before processing. It is the real deal at Maximum strength.
